Post viewing permissions question

Hi all,
Sorry if I'm asking this in the wrong area, i cannot seem to find the answer or a a proper place to post this question.
Some posts have this viewing restriction:
本帖隱藏的內容需要回復才可以瀏覽 (The Hidden content need to respond before they can browse).
I think that's a great idea! How can i do this to my posts?
Is this option only available for certain user-groups?

Only 2 steps when you post..

[*]Select the range of sentence any you want to hide.
[*]Select the "Hide" button.
